A note from the founder
The hardest part of cooking is not the cooking. It is deciding.
Fourteen years of feeding families and companies across Lagos taught me that the recipe was never the problem. The question was. So I built the thing I always wanted in my own kitchen.
How it works
There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you already know how to use it.
Message the number, or send a voice note in Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Pidgin or English. It answers in the language you used.
We are six. Low oil. No shellfish. It remembers, and every recipe from then on arrives measured for your pot.
Ask for any dish, or tell it what is already in your kitchen. Every recipe comes with a health tip from our kitchen.
The verified kitchen
Owo Esha is not a yam dish. Okoho is not made without the extract. These dishes live in oral tradition, and most sources online get them wrong. Ours were written and verified by hand.
Urhobo and Isoko beans soup
The crown jewel of Idoma cuisine
Efik and Ibibio, hand wrapped
The pride of Ijebuland
Igbo, the soup of soups
Served with the tuwo trinity
Igbo, with ehuru and ogiri
Millet, greens, one pot
Verified by the founder · And the world beyond: pasta, ramen, tacos, bibimbap, tagine

Before you ask
Yes. Fifteen recipes every month, at no cost, for as long as you want. Premium exists for people who want the whole month planned for them, not as a wall in front of the recipes.
No. It lives inside the WhatsApp already on your phone. There is no app, no account and no password.
Yes, and this is the part we are proudest of. She can send a voice note in Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo or Pidgin and receive the full recipe back in the same language.
Tell it your household size once. Every recipe after that arrives with quantities measured for your pot, and it remembers between conversations.
No, and we will never pretend otherwise. It is a digital assistant built by our kitchen. The indigenous recipes inside it were written and verified by our founder, a chef with fourteen years of feeding Lagos.
Tell it where you are. It suggests substitutions for what your local shops actually sell, so the dish still tastes like home.
One message, any time. No forms and no waiting.
